Teacher Training in Hatha Yoga
October 2019- June 2020
Muswell Hill, North London
Our in-depth nine month long hatha yoga teacher training program runs in groups of no more than eleven students in the guidance and support of two teachers and additional external guest teachers. In this setting we aim to help you develop a deep understanding of your own yoga practice and get plenty of opportunity to practice your teaching skills.
Throughout the course you will receive private guidance and continuous constructive feedback to encourage and inspire your learning development. If you are motivated to integrate yoga on a deeper level in your life and/or would like to become a yoga teacher with strong teaching skills and body awareness, then this training is for you.
Learning from where you are
Our intention is to work with students’ individual process and encourage you to learn from where you are. Instead of offering a one size fits all approach, from day one, you will learn to look at each yoga student individually and learn how to teach people rather than poses.
We value process and autonomy over performance and encourage students to learn with and from each other while exploring and developing once own individual and unique approach to yoga.
Accredited Yoga Teacher Training
This 200-hour teacher training is registered with both Yoga Alliance Professionals and Yoga Alliance. Our training school has met the stringent requirements set by Yoga Alliance Professionals and Yoga Alliance, demonstrating that our courses are of the highest standard and that our graduates may register with Yoga Alliance Professionals and/or Yoga Alliance to use their relevant membership level designation, as a sign of quality training.
The teacher director of the course is Eleonora Ramsby Herrera. The course is co-taught together with Franzi Boehn-Arora. Invited guest teachers include Osteopath and Choreographer Nikki Ellis and Physiotherapist and health coach Sudhir Daya for anatomy and physiology, trauma expert Laura Gomez for trauma informed teaching approaches and singer and yoga teacher Phoebe White for voice work.

After many years, I finally made friends with my body. An amazing journey where the essence of yoga really brought a strong meaning to a teacher training programme that really makes a difference.
Margareta Wachtmeister, Yoga Teacher, Stockholm
I would highly recommend the training to everyone whether it is to strengthen their practice and knowledge in yoga or to become a teacher. I learnt more in one weekend than in 3 years. Both my practice and state of mind have become so much greater.
Lucy Norris, Yoga Teacher, London
