200-Hr Hatha Yoga Teacher Training

Taught by senior yoga teacher Eleonora Ramsby Herrera, 500 E-Ryt, Ba, MA, Ph.D candidate and Franzi Boehn, yoga teacher and psychologist, MBPsS / BACP.

Take your learning further

Our in-depth 200-hr hatha yoga teacher training program runs in small group settings in the guidance and support of two main teachers and additional external guest teachers. In this setting we aim to help you develop a deep understanding of your own yoga practice and get plenty of opportunity to practice your teaching skills.

Personal guidance to support learning

Throughout the course you will receive personal guidance and continuous constructive feedback to encourage and inspire your learning development. If you are motivated to integrate yoga on a deeper level in your life and/or would like to become a yoga teacher with strong teaching skills and body awareness, then this training is for you.

Learning from where you are

Our intention is to work with students’ individual process and encourage you to learn from where you are. Instead of offering a one size fits all approach, from day one, you will learn to look at each yoga student individually and learn how to teach people rather than poses.

We value process and autonomy over performance and encourage students to learn with and from each other while exploring and developing once own individual and unique approach to yoga.

Accredited yoga teacher training

This 200-hour teacher training is registered with both Yoga Alliance Professionals and Yoga Alliance. Our training school has met the stringent requirements set by Yoga Alliance Professionals and Yoga Alliance, demonstrating that our courses are of the highest standard and that our graduates may register with Yoga Alliance Professionals and/or Yoga Alliance to use their relevant membership level designation, as a sign of quality training.

After many years, I finally made friends with my body. An amazing journey where the essence of yoga really brought a strong meaning to a teacher training programme that really makes a difference.
